To showcase the inclusion of workers of color in the CityArchRiver renovations to improve the connection between the Gateway Arch and Downtown St. Louis, the St. Louis Chapter of the NAACP wanted to share a video that highlighted the work of minority contractors in the recent project and contrast this more equitable workforce against the lack of inclusion during the original Arch construction in the 1960’s. Regular Guy Creative worked with the various CityArchRiver project partners to conceptualize the video, conducted multiple interviews, gathered archival resources, and edited the piece together to be publicly shown at the NAACP Freedom Fund Dinner.
